Job Description
Effective School Solutions is seeking a Lead Clinician/Social Worker to join their team, providing clinical services to students across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast. The role involves conducting weekly consultations, providing interventions, coaching, training, and education to school staff, with the focus on trauma-informed care and creating a safe learning environment. The candidate will be a clinical leader responsible for ensuring strong knowledge of ESS's protocols and model of services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Clinical license in social work (LSW/LCSW), counseling (LAC/LPC), or marriage and family therapy (LAMFT/LMFT) in the state the services are being provided.
- Experience providing training and coaching to educational professionals and parents/caregivers on student mental health issues.
- Significant knowledge and experience in trauma-attuned modalities (TAM).
