Clinical Informatics Lead - (MD or APP)

The Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center is seeking a Clinical Informatics Lead to support primary care delivery, foster teamwork, and improve workflows. This role involves delivering clinical services, training providers, and maintaining electronic medical records. The position focuses on improving patient care and the overall healthcare experience within a supportive, team-based environment.

Requirements

• Deliver direct Primary Care to assigned patients.
• Develop therapeutic plans of care for prevention, management and maintenance of optimum health for individuals.
• Maintain and update Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in a systematic format.
• Conduct computer-based training for providers.
• Conduct EMR training for providers.
• Participate in workflow design, development and re-engineering.
