Tailored Branch Support Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of associates who respond to phone and written inquiries from branch offices and clients, and for partnering with branches in CST type support.

• Effectively allocating firm resources to accomplish work in the most efficient and cost effective manner
• Ensuring associates receive adequate training and resources to complete their work
• Providing strong leadership and creating an environment based on trust, open communication, and a cohesive team effort
• Focusing team efforts on high-priority actions that support firm, division, and departmental goals and strategies
• Identifying and advancing opportunities to improve operational efficiency and/or enhance the branch, client, and associate experience
