Job Description
Educative is seeking a People Operations Generalist to lead the onboarding experience for new hires. The role involves setting up onboarding checklists, coordinating with various teams, and improving the onboarding process based on feedback. It also focuses on fostering a positive culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
- Set up and manage onboarding checklists
- Develop and deliver engaging new hire orientation
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Office Managers to maintain accurate records
- Ensure new hires complete HRIS and maintain employee records
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives
- Analyze data from exit interviews and employee surveys
