Job Description
The ELA Coach will support and enhance the teaching of English Language Arts across Educational Solutions' schools, improving instructional practices and aligning with district-wide standards. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification in English Language Arts or related content area
- Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience in ELA at the K-12 level
- Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience (preferred)
