Performance and Tracking Specialist

The Performance Specialist will support Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data across all service lines, maintaining compliance, generating performance insights, and supporting data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Enter, review, and validate customer records, case notes, and service data in internal systems
• Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking
• Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis
• Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols
• Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements
• Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency
