Maintenance Manager - Hamilton Station

Requirements

• 3-5 years of multi-family property management experience or equivalent building maintenance experience
• 2 years of experience in using refrigerant recovery equipment
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Certification as a Type I and Type II technician from an EPA approved technician certification program
