Job Description
EDF power solutions is seeking a Renewable Energy Solar Technician to conduct preventative maintenance of wind turbines and/or photovoltaic power energy storage systems, and troubleshoot and repair equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of experience in renewable energy, and various certifications. The job involves working in extreme weather conditions, at heights, and in confined spaces.
Requirements
- Conduct preventative maintenance of wind turbines and/or photovoltaic power energy storage systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Attend safety and technical training required for the position
- Document completed jobs and implement supply orders
- Participate in the 24hr/weekly 'On Call' rotation
