Director, Practice Management Strategy and Enablement

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Director, Practice Management Strategy and Enablement to support financial planners as they build and lead successful practices. The role provides mentorship, resources, and tools to optimize planner workflows, elevate client experiences, and advance the strategic evolution of Practice Management across Edelman Financial Engines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investments, or capital markets.
• 5+ years of experience in coaching & developing Sales professionals
• Strong background evaluating complex business problems and opportunities and presenting concise recommendations to leadership.
• Proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Demonstrated success working under tight timeframes and in fast-paced environments; experience with Agile development is preferred.
• Ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• CFP® Certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%
