Job Description
Ecosystem is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the implementation of large-scale energy performance projects. The role involves managing projects on-site, resolving challenges, ensuring OHS compliance, and representing the project team. It requires daily presence at client sites in Washington, DC, and a collaborative environment with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites.
- Specific knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
- Knowledgeable about OHS standards and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable using MS Office.
- Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to act as Ecosystem’s representative.
- Ability to travel and work on client sites
