Senior HVAC BAS Controls Specialist

Ecosystem is seeking a Senior HVAC BAS Controls Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC Building Automation Systems installations, controls contractors management, and programming from leading integrators or manufacturers. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on a large-scale energy solutions project in Washington, D.C.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC Building Automation Systems installations
• Proven experience hiring and managing controls contractors
• Experience in writing and troubleshooting controls' programs from leading integrators or manufacturers
• Experience in reading and understanding mechanical sequence of operations
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware devices and wiring
