ROAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FLEET & MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT)

Ecology Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Road Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a Class-C Driver’s License (CDL Class A HIGHLY PREFERRED) along with a Clean Driving Record and involves operating a medium-sized service truck to provide roadside maintenance and repair services for our fleet of heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of relevant work experience in diesel mechanics or field service
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) highly preferred
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or diploma in automotive or diesel technology is preferred
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, compliance standards, and roadside repair procedures
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in remote and challenging environments
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform permanent repairs when possible, or implement effective temporary fixes to safely transport vehicles to a maintenance facility—ultimately aiming to avoid unnecessary tow expenses
