Research Engineer – Experimental Data Analysis and Numerical Modelling (M/F) – ref: 1050

Centrale Nantes is seeking a Research Engineer to work on experimental data analysis and numerical modelling for the FloatFARM project. The successful candidate will have a PhD in naval hydrodynamics or ocean engineering and experience in experimental data analysis, CFD modelling, and scientific publishing.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of fluid mechanics
• Experience in experimental data analysis
• Experience in using CFD code, particularly OpenFOAM
• Experience in using and developing numerical models
• Experience in programming (C++)
• Good spoken and written English
