Territory Sales and Service Representative

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join their team in the South Chicago, IL market. The representative will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing their territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions for their customers.

Requirements

• Leverage tools and technology to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts
• Use problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
• Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
• Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customers' operations are fully functional
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
