Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Civil Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced English
- At least 3 years of experience in external sales
- Previous experience in sales development in institutional sectors
- Strong knowledge of Ecolab products, services, and systems
- Results-oriented and solid track record in B2B sales
- Experience in business growth through negotiation and sales closure at executive level
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills and passion for exceeding customer expectations
