Job Description
eClerx is seeking a Process Manager for their FCC (Financial Markets) business unit in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses on the KYC/AML lifecycle, requiring a candidate to understand process best practices and improve efficiency through audit and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-directed, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for client engagement and internal/external knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong business understanding of finance and KYC lifecycle.
- Complete knowledge of KYC, AML, Due Diligence, periodic refresh, and remediation.
- Good with numbers and ability to derive information from data.
- Ability to handle clients and escalate issues.
