Job Description
The Staff Accountant plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, performing routine accounting tasks, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships included)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
