Echodyne is seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Associate to support day-to-day logistics operations for our rapidly growing radar manufacturing organization.
Requirements
- Pick, pack and prepare internal, domestic and international shipments.
- Create commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, AWBs and other documentation
- Book shipments through DHL, FedEx, UPS and third-party freight forwarders
- Ensure export compliance and prepare EEI, SLI and other customs documents when required
- Label, palletize and prep freight shipments following best practices
- Maintain accuracy with NetSuite Sales Order fulfillment and material transactions
- Receive and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Process ERP receiving transactions and route materials to inspection, inventory or end users
- Move materials throughout the facility and maintain accurate bin locations
- Preform weekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Replenish consumables, Kanban items and production supplies
- Organize stocking and staging areas using lean and 5S principles
- Provide kitted work orders and material to Production as needed
- Support general material movement and warehouse operations across the company
- Work cross functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales
- Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Support special projects and operational initiatives
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
