• Proven experience identifying and auditing operational risks and controls in finance.
• Strong grasp of internal control frameworks, specifically COSO.
• Solid understanding of governance, risk management, and control principles.
• Relevant team management experience.
• Exceptional analytical and project management skills, including AI process development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in high-level risk meetings.
