Manager/Sr. Manager, Product Support Engineering - Onsite (60% - 80% in office)

The Manager/Sr. Manager, Product Support Engineering is responsible for developing Product Support Engineering capabilities, building and scaling a team, and leading strategic partnerships. The position owns engineering for released, commercial products, ensuring their performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with strong understanding of Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Manufacturing integration
• 8+ years in Product Support Engineering, Hardware Development, or related discipline, with 2+ years of direct people management
• Ability to establish scalable engineering processes while staying personally engaged in execution
• Proven experience bringing at least four complex products from concept through sustained production with strong understanding of design controls
• Ability to operate effectively in a regulatory-constrained environment while leading with first-principles engineering
