Job Description
Eblity is looking for a passionate trainer who can host online training sessions and events, creating wow experiences for schools, teachers, and parents. The training will focus on classroom management and strategies for children with challenges.
Requirements
- Be the trainer hosting online training sessions and events
- Be the facilitator working with other trainers delivering online mentorship sessions
- Ensure smooth running of each live training session
- Interpret participants' feedback and facilitate answering of questions
- Co-lead the recruitment process and selection of trainers (full-time role only)
- Lead on-boarding and dry-run/practice sessions with every trainer (full-time role only)
- Support adhoc projects as assigned (full-time role only)
