Technician Electronics. (New Product Introduction)

Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tests of the OFFLINE-MET system, analyze product failure in production and determine the root cause, provide test support and other activities related to the Design / PLS department in quality issues, development projects, cost reduction projects, and product transfers.

Requirements

• Perform UL/CSA and other required standards tests on products
• Provide support to engineers in relation to product problems
• Provide support for the development and introduction of new design projects, product improvements, and cost reduction projects
• Provide support in designing and implementing new test systems and introducing new technologies
• Analyze trends based on test results
• Analysis of failures and problem-solving in electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical products
• Basic analysis and design of analog and electronic circuits, and programming of PLC / Microcontrollers for laboratory tests
• Document test results and conclusions, maintaining a database of generated reports
• Manage product information systems to search for drawings, material lists, etc.
• Ensure the good functioning of laboratory equipment and the calibration of the same
