Solution Architect - Datacenters West

The Solution Architect will design and support implementation of data center infrastructure solutions for Eaton's MTDC customers, and map Eaton offerings to customer requirements. The role involves supporting strategic accounts in India, technical design, and positioning Eaton products. The architect will also serve as a technical expert within the Strategic Accounts Team, offering comprehensive support to sales engineers and account managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering with 15+ years experience
• 10+ years of experience in Datacenter infrastructure engineering or data center operations at an MTDC, with at least 3 years in a design role
• Proven track record in managing global data center or colocation deployments at scale
• Ability to interface with electrical consultant principals and lead electrical engineers, as well as facility engineers at data centers
• Proven capability to find creative solutions to solve complex technical application problems
• Problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization, including consultant or end user organizations
• Presentation and training skills - Initiative and self-management skills
• Value selling experience
