Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Fabrication

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Fabrication to support plant leadership in achieving business and financial goals by leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing robust manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of engineering experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Three (3) years of experience/Exposure to Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, or Coil Winding
• Detailed knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
• Thorough understanding of problem-solving methodologies
• Laser cutting experience with flat steel
• Fiber laser experience
• Automation experience
• Proficiency in various software applications
• Knowledge of industry and customer-specific quality processes
