Job Description
Eaton’s GEIS division is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop, plan, and execute manufacturing engineering activities at the Sherman plant. Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement programs, managing capital and non-capital projects, and providing technical direction and training to plant personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 4 years of direct manufacturing engineering experience
- 2D & 3D parametric CAD Experience
- Project Management Experience
- SS, CRS, and Al TIG & MIG welding experience
- Powder coat and E-Coat paint experience; metal fabrication experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and/or Six Sigma
- Experience in a ISO/QS-9000 certified environment
