Quality Inspector

Monitor and validate the quality of parts and assemblies, provide specialist inspection capability, and ensure compliance with quality management systems. Inspect partially and fully completed assemblies, conduct patrol inspections, and raise non-conformity reports. Provide ad-hoc business support and liaise with manufacturing staff to resolve queries.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience working in an Inspection environment
• Good working knowledge of Quality Standards such as AS9100, AS9110, AS9102
• Inspection of Aircraft assemblies preferred
• Familiar with general inspection techniques and their appropriate selection
• Knowledge of assembly inspection would be an advantage
• Familiar with AS9102 FAIR requirements
• Ability to read and interrogate engineering drawings including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages
