Program Manager

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional project teams on globally integrated new product development and transition programs.

Requirements

• Develops comprehensive program management plans to achieve objectives and meet commitments
• Executes effective resource management of allocated human and material resources
• Baselines the program, manages the requirements and considers the full business scenario to effectively control & navigate scope challenges
• Regularly monitors, communicates and controls program performance against plan, makes adjustments, and drives clear actions to address gaps
• Ensures that all members of the Program Team execute the program plan in adherence with standard phase gate methodology
• Understands risk identification and management; proactively mitigates program risks and takes advantage of opportunities
• Facilitates effective and clear communications with all internal and external stakeholders
• Develops key relationships across multiple functions, both internally and externally
• Understands the program business case and the financial impact of program decisions and performance
• Applies Decision Quality Framework when appropriate
• Effectively manages & integrates a cross functional, and possibly distributed team
