Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Material Handler II to join our team on 1st shift. The position is responsible for material movement within the facility with focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
Requirements
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve goods, supplies, and materials efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure they remain in optimal working condition
- Verify the accuracy of deliveries and inspect materials for any damage
- Perform inventory transactions through the MRP system accurately and promptly
- Safely transport materials throughout the facility
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves
- Dispose of scrap materials (excluding metals) according to procedures
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace (5S+)
