Job Description
We are a leading global power management company seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer - Medium Voltage Switchgear to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality installation and maintenance services across EMEA. The role will involve leading installation projects, overseeing 3rd party providers, and ensuring our MV equipment operates at peak performance.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
- Ability to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations
- Ability to perform protection relay programming
- Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail
- Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution
- Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others
- Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region
