Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Internship: Engineering (Summer 2026)- Lincoln, IL. The Engineering Internship will be based at Eaton's Lincoln, IL facility, providing opportunities to students who demonstrate high levels of ethics, values, creativity and performance. During the 8 to 12-week paid internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business and will be coached and mentored by Eaton leaders.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree program, at an accredited institution.
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship, now and in the future.
• Relocation is not provided for this role. All candidates must currently, or throughout the duration of this Internship, reside within 50 miles of Eaton's Lincoln, IL. facility.
• Engineering major in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering and technology
• Prior internship or co-op experience
• Completion of sophomore year by the start of internship
• Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community
