Requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Approximately 5 years of experience on a similar post or projects
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
- Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods, techniques, and tools
- Machine connectivity, data protocols, and IT/OT integration
- Rigorous and proactive, with analytical and synthesizing skills, adaptability, and communication skills, and demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and interpersonal skills in change management
- Professional English level (B2 minimum)
