Job Description
Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Firmware Engineering Manager to lead firmware design engineers in creating products for Eaton's PCD business. The role involves leading new product development, design maintenance, and customer/field issues resolution while building a high-performance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics and/or computer engineering
- Eight years of experience working on Embedded Systems, Firmware architecture and design
- Three years of experience as a manager of people
