Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, test, commission, service, and repair UPS products and systems for critical power applications. The successful candidate will have experience in the dynamic data centre industry and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Requirements
- Grade Electrician
- Diploma or degree qualification in electrical, electronics, mechatronics or Industrial Automation
- 5 years' experience in a technical role servicing electrical or power electronics equipment
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven experience writing reports
- Ability to organize, prioritize, plan, follow up and work autonomously
