Deburrer (1st shift)

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Deburrer (1st shift) to work in our Los Angeles, CA location. This position will be responsible for deburring complex parts and visually inspect for defects while maintaining manufacturing productivity and standards.

Requirements

• Perform complex manual deburring with tight quality tolerances
• Rework complex parts that have damage from the manufacturing process
• Deburrs final finish of simple to complex parts
• Selects among various deburr tools, knives and equipment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blue prints, customer specifications
• Checks finish and/or flatness on lapped parts
• Visually inspect parts determining defects
• Examine parts for completeness
• Perform assembly operations
• Trains other employees within the Deburr function
• Maintain manufacturing productivity and safety standards
