Pastry Sous Chef - FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

Eataly is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to oversee the production of all pastries for an Eataly, including Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies and other dolci. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a high-volume pastry preparation position, knowledge of Italian pastries and techniques, excellent communication and leadership skills, and intermediate computer skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a high-volume pastry preparation position
• Knowledge of Italian pastries and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Degree from a post-secondary culinary/pastry arts training program preferred
