Vice President, Development

Eat. Learn. Play. is seeking a Vice President, Development to lead all fundraising initiatives and drive sustainable revenue growth for a $26+ million annual budget. The role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of building philanthropic partnerships and securing six- and seven-figure gifts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of successful fundraising experience
• Proven track record of building philanthropic partnerships
• Ability to secure six- and seven-figure gifts
• Strong background in building philanthropy infrastructure
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences
• Creative and inspired leadership experience
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
