Customer Success Intern

EasyPost is a YC unicorn that makes shipping simple for businesses. We're looking for a motivated Customer Success Intern to support and scale our Customer Success operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Calm and professional in difficult conversations
• Comfort reviewing numbers, trends, and account activity
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and G-Suite/Microsoft Office
