Requirements
- Experience in facilities and/or fit out project management
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to liaise with all departments up to Executive Manager level
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage your own time, prioritise projects and tasks within a close-knit, highly reactive team
- Good understanding of building services installations, construction work standards and facilities contracts
- Ability to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently, delegating tasks where appropriate
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a people-first approach
- Inspirational leadership, able to influence, inspire and direct others, working autonomously and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, open to new ways of doing things
