Semiconductor Solvents Scientist leads research to develop and commercialize high purity solvents for the semiconductor industry and other applications.
Requirements
- Work with global teams to develop high purity solvent products
- Apply deep understanding of the semiconductor industry
- Communicate with customers to determine fitness-for-use criteria
- Provide technical support to manufacturing, engineering, and QC organizations
- Develop technical literature to support new products or techniques
- Serve as a technical expert on solvent physical properties and solvent polymer interactions
- Establish peer level connect with customers and the industry technical community
- Support quality, health, and safety initiatives
- Attend trade shows and technical conferences
- Travel to customers' sites to discover needs and support new sales opportunities
- Mentor and support development of technicians and other technical personnel
