Customer Service Representative

Eastman is a global specialty materials company that produces a broad range of products found in items people use every day. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordination of all activities necessary to provide sales, service and distribution support to our customers.

Requirements

• Manage customer purchase orders, including order entry to invoicing, customer requests, inquiries, complaints and enter forecasts
• Analysis of inventory and customer demand
• Partner with Sales in support of customer needs
• Manage customer records with customer and internal partners
• Foster teamwork and collaboration
• Back up colleagues as needed
• Travel on an infrequent basis in support of sales efforts
