Vice President, Debt

Eastdil Secured seeks a Vice President, Debt to join our Debt team in our Miami office, responsible for transaction execution, financial underwriting, and training junior team members. Primary responsibilities include interface with senior management and clients, research, strategic planning, and client relationship building.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, brokerage experience, or a combination of both.
• Bachelor's degree with a preference for business, real estate, finance, and accounting concentrations.
• Licensure as a real estate salesperson in Miami
• Ability to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment
• Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills
• Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and results driven environment
• Strong modeling skills including robust Excel capabilities
