Associate, Debt

Eastdil Secured is seeking an Associate with 2-5 years of relevant industry experience to join our Debt Placement team in our San Francisco office. As an Associate, you will be afforded new challenges with the opportunity to develop expertise in your discipline and contribute to business transactions, including client and investor communication, supervision of Analysts, and underwriting process.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, and/or accounting
• Proficient in financial modeling within Excel and preparing presentations within PowerPoint
• Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills
• ARGUS, financial analysis, and excel modeling skills
• Ability to consistently produce high quality work under tight time frames
• Licensing as a real estate salesperson in California
• Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
• Experience in commercial real estate with a focus on capital markets
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment
