Assistant Director of Nursing - RN

East Carolina Rehab and Wellness is seeking an energetic Assistant Director of Nursing/Staff Development Coordinator - RN to provide comprehensive support for the nursing department. The role involves staffing, training, infection control, and coordinating with HR and community resources. This is a full-time position based at the Greenville, North Carolina facility.

Requirements

• A minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care facility.
• Must hold a valid RN license issued by the state.
• Able to commute/relocate to Greenville, NC (Required)
