Legislative Director, Courts, Justice, & Administrative Law

Earthjustice is a leading nonprofit environmental law organization dedicated to protecting people’s health, preserving places, advancing clean energy, and combating climate change. They are seeking a Legislative Director to develop and implement legislative strategy, oversee staff, and build relationships with lawmakers. The role involves lobbying, advocacy, and providing support for courts and justice system issues.

Requirements

• Eight years combined federal legislative and administrative advocacy experience.
• JD required.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Significant familiarity and experience with administrative rulemaking.
• Substantial knowledge and experience with U.S. environmental laws.
• Experience with U.S. environmental laws is required.
