- Senior commercial leader with experience in carbon markets and complex B2B sales
- Proven network to potential clients (for example, food and agriculture traders, retailers, wholesalers)
- Proven ability to build and execute sales strategy
- Experience engaging with corporate sustainability, climate, or procurement teams on long-term commitments
- Able to represent farmers and their work with credibility and pride in front of corporate buyers
- Curious and grounded enough to understand on-farm realities, data, and verification approaches
