Job Description
EAC Network is looking for a Case Manager to join the Nassau Family Treatment Court program. The Case Manager will be responsible for Court Liaison, assessment and referral of substance abusing clients involved in Family Court into appropriate treatment programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice or CASAC
- Minimum of two years’ related experience
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work cooperatively with treatment and Family Court System
- Must have access to automobile and possess valid NY State Driver’s License
- Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems
