Senior Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise our project team on quality manufacturing and production of utilities equipment pedestals/bollards/protective casings.

Requirements

• Manufacturing Insight: Proven experience in evaluating production sites, inspecting tools and molding/fabricating processes, and assessing QA/QC measures.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in utility infrastructure, manufacturing, or a related field, with a focus on design and production of protective enclosures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
• In-depth knowledge of material and construction production standards, electrical safety standards a plus, and local and state regulations.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring vendor compliance.
