Support the HR Director Energy Networks and the extended HR segment team in their daily work, create presentations and internal communication materials, and gain insights into strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a study program in business psychology, work and organizational psychology, economics, communication or social sciences
- Ideally, already gathered first practical experience through internships or student activities in the areas of HR, project and change management, or corporate consulting
- Team player with a proactive attitude, curiosity, and a high learning willingness
- Very good German and English language skills
