Join E.ON's Digital Technology organization as a Team Lead Low Code Engineering to lead a diverse and international team of experts focused on the delivery of RPA and Power Platform based solutions. Contribute to the intelligent automation of E.ON's internal processes and drive the green transition with digital innovation.
Requirements
- Experience in a leading role preferable within a software development or AI Engineering department
- Graduated in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and significant hands-on work experience
- Extensive knowledge in RPA (preferred BluePrism) and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Excellent leadership, consulting, and presentation skills paired with a passion for automation
- Trusted advisor mindset, committed to building strong client relationships, adapting to change, and consistently delivering value in dynamic IT/digital environments
- Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel
