Energy Systems & Markets Specialist (f/m/d)

We are looking for an Energy Systems & Markets Specialist to join our team at E.ON Digital Technology GmbH. The role involves professional leadership and management of teams and projects in electrical and energy engineering, designing and developing complex products for the commercialization of flexibility in the energy market, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• Strong knowledge in data science and experience in leading teams or projects
• Solid understanding of energy markets, especially flexibility and its impact on the grid
• Proven experience in managing IT projects
• Expertise in developing complex, data-driven products in the context of flexibility marketing
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of initiative
• Fluent English skills as well as fluent German skills
• Willingness to travel
